We are a successful rapidly expanding care company located in the South West covering Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for dynamic individuals who comes from a domiciliary care background with at least 2 years’ experience preferably working at a senior level to carry out care planning and assessments for both new and existing service users.
The ideal candidate will have attained or working towards a social care qualification at either level 2 or 3. They will be required to undertake hands on care calls when required, assist with monitoring new care workers and supporting them out in the field. Undertaking spot checks and field supervisions, and liaising with care mangers and medical professionals out in the field.
Suitable applicants must be able to undertake a supportive role within the office assisting with service users’ needs and care planning. They must therefore have good computer literacy skills and be familiar with all common programmes such as outlook, word and excel and have had some experience of using computer care scheduling systems although full training will be provided.
All suitable applicants will be required to work every other weekend as part of their role and carry out some evenings when required.
Salary: £18,000 to £22,000, negotiable for the right suitably qualified applicants.
